We care about a job well done. We are also committed to avoiding surprises and end-of-project cost overruns. That is why our team takes the time necessary to prepare realistic and complete estimates. We conduct thorough evaluations you can rely on.
We provide the majority of our quotes free of charge. However, an estimation fee may be charged in the following situations:
- The project budget exceeds $35,000
- The estimate requires consultation with professionals who charge a project estimate fee (e.g., an architect)
- The project requires meeting with a large number of suppliers.
In all cases, we will notify you if a fee is required to complete your quote. We will proceed with our evaluation only with your consent.
